We do give necessary guidance, assistance, take the necessary follow up the department etc., to get the Shop Act and we do not give any promises or assurance about the issuance of the Shop Act.Timelines mentioned for work completion are estimations and should not be constructed as an agreed promise from Maa Pranam Suvidha Limited. Work completion is dependent on multiple Government Department.

In order to apply for the Shop Act application, we shall require necessary documents and personal information of Individual (i.e Phone number, email address, Photo and residential proof) and Proof of Incorporation for Non-Individual as regulated by the Indian lawsOnly information you have given us (including email address) is stored by us. We do not supplement your information with information from other companies
